3 Essential Hot Bath Tips

If you love taking baths, you are probably aware of all the tips and tricks to make the most of your bath time: Bubble bath, glycerin, Epsom salt, scented candles, quiet music, and so on. But if you love your bath water to be very hot, you should treat it like a sauna.


Soaking in a hot bath is a great way to relax your muscles and detoxify, but if not careful, you can dehydrate yourself or even faint from the heat - just like in the sauna. 


Here are three things you should do to make the most of your hot bath experience:


Use a small towel to wipe your face.Drink a lot of water. Have a bottle of water, or keep a glass to fill in water from the tap.Cool down when needed. Spread a large towel on the floor, so whenever your body gets too heated, you can get out of the water, rest on the towel, and let the body cool before returning to the bath again.
