Ingredients:
18 mushrooms, stem removed (I used a box of Shiitake mushrooms from Costco)
Lamb staffing:
1 lb (500gr) ground lamb
1/3 cup chopped shallot (about 1 large shallot)
1/3 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
2 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ cup olive juice
1 tbsp liquid amino
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin powder
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
